7th Annual ‘Celebration Of Life And Hope’ Set For Saturday At Stratton Hall, As Austin Hatcher Foundation Recognizes Steadfast Community Support


CHATTANOOGA, TENN.(June 4, 2015) – The Austin Hatcher Foundation for Pediatric Cancer will host its 7th annual“Celebration of Life and Hope” fundraising gathering on Saturday night at Stratton Hall in Chattanooga.

The event will start at 7 p.m., preceded by a VIP reception at 6:30. Stratton Hall is located at 3146 Broad St.

“The Celebration of Life and Hope always is a reunion of sorts for the many people in the Chattanooga area who have supported the Austin Hatcher Foundation through the year, but it’s also a chance to raise money and increase awareness in our community about the Foundation and our mission: to erase the effects of pediatric cancer,” said Austin Hatcher Foundation President Amy Jo Osborn.

Various ticket options are available. The rundown:

  • VIP 8-Ticket Block — $1,000
  • VIP Individual Ticket — $150
  • 8-Ticket Block — $700
  • Individual Ticket — $100

As in past years, the Celebration of Life and Hope will feature live and silent fundraising auctions of premium items, such as a week-long vacation retreat at the Summer Beach Village Resort in Amelia Island, Florida, valued at $2,750. Live auction items include:

  • A trip for two, to the Audi Sport Driving Experience at Sonoma (California) Raceway;
  • “Club Level With Titans”, a package of four club-level seats to the Tennessee Titans-Atlanta Falcons NFL game in Nashville on Oct. 27, along with round-trip chauffeured transportation;
  • A 2015 Navy Club Precedent golf cart;
  • A live painting of the event by artist Liz Lindstrom.
