Everyone has that one random sock laying around without a match, that they have no use for whatsoever.
Well, we have a solution. In partnership with local schools and churches, The Austin Hatcher Foundation for Pediatric Cancer hosts a special project called Sock It for Kids With Cancer.
This enables students and schools to join together and make a difference in the lives of children and families faced with
childhood cancer. Children are asked to grab their favorite or matchless sock and collect loose change for one week.
All the change will be collected at the end of the week, and funds raised through the change collection will benefit the programs and services provided at no cost to the families by the Austin Hatcher Foundation for Pediatric Cancer.
