In 2025, the Teen Ambassadors will be hosting the 3rd annual Hit It For Hatch Series - consisting of a Tennis Tournament (January 11th), Sand Volleyball Tournament (August 9th), and Pickleball Tournament (November 15th)! Join us for as many tournaments as you can, or fundraise with us! All tournaments are in Chattanooga, TN.

Pickleball Tournament
Hit It for Hatch: Pickleball will take place at the new Maclellan Tennis Center at Chattanooga Christian School on November 15, 2025. Players can sign up with or without a partner (we can match you if you do not have one). Each 2-hour flight will include 90 minutes of timed matches in a round-robin style. Competitive players can sign up for the afternoon session which will include pool play leading to bracketed play to crown a winning team.
About the Teen Ambassador Program
The Austin Hatcher Foundation for Pediatric Cancer’s Teen Ambassador Program (TAP) is designed to engage high school students with the Foundation’s patient families, furthering AHF's mission to erase the effects of pediatric cancer. The Hit It for Hatch series was created by teen ambassadors who share a love for sports, as a creative way for kids and adults to get involved in a good cause, fundraise and bring more awareness to the work of the Austin Hatcher Foundation.
How did Hit It For Hatch Start?
The Teen Ambassador Program works alongside the Austin Hatcher Foundation in creating a way to allow teens in the community to be more involved in serving others. Out of this group, several ambassadors were inspired to take on the task of starting a fundraiser in 2023 for the Austin Hatcher Foundation, known as the Hit It For Hatch Tennis Tournament. This tournament, created by ambassadors who share a love for tennis, was a creative way for kids and adults to be involved in a good cause, as well as bring more awareness to the work of the Austin Hatcher Foundation. In 2024, the Teen Ambassadors hosted the inaugural Hit It For Hatch Series - consisting of a Tennis, Pickleball, and Volleyball Tournament.
