Austin Hatcher Foundation adds Payton Bowling as the Foundation's New Front Desk Coordinator

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (August 18, 2020) – Payton Bowling has joined the Austin Hatcher Foundation for Pediatric Cancer as the organization’s new Front Desk Coordinator.  

Bowling is a 2009 graduate of The University of Alabama and has a demonstrated history working in customer care and administrative roles. She is responsible for welcoming and greeting guests, supporting clinical and administrative functions including scheduling appointments for the foundation’s offices in Chattanooga, Tenn., Dalton, Georgia, and Knoxville, Tenn. offices, and updating patient charts.

Bowling cites the positive work environment and desire to have a career that served a larger purpose as what attracted her to the foundation. “When I saw this position, I knew it was where I wanted to be,” she said. “My past experiences in administration have taught me a lot, and I am glad to have the opportunity to contribute these skills and have a positive impact on the lives of others.”

“Peyton’s warm and friendly presence is the perfect addition to the foundation, and we’re glad she will be our families’ first point of contact when they enter our new Education Advancement Center,” said foundation President Amy Jo Osborn. “We’re thrilled to have her join us and help us streamline our office operations across our three locations in the region.”
