Austin Hatcher Foundation Hosts 5th Annual Hatcher Classic Golf Tournament, Expands to Two Events in 2026
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (March 26, 2026) – The Austin Hatcher Foundation for Pediatric Cancer will host its fifth annual golf tournament—now named The Hatcher Classic—on Monday, May 18, 2026, at The Farm Golf Club in Dalton, Georgia.
Formerly known as Monday After the Masters, the event has been renamed to reflect the Foundation’s namesake and mission, marking a new chapter for one of its largest annual fundraisers.
The tournament – presented by Material Handling Inc. – will begin with a catered lunch, followed by a shotgun start. A light reception will take place after play, featuring awards for 1st-, 2nd-, and 3rd-place teams, along with additional on-course competitions. This is the event’s third year at The Farm Golf Club, an 18-hole course recognized for its challenging play and scenic views.

New for 2026, the Foundation is expanding the Hatcher Classic Golf Series with a second tournament on August 17, 2026, at Chattanooga Golf & Country Club, offering additional opportunities for community members and sponsors to get involved.
A limited number of team spots remain available for the May 18 tournament, and sponsorship opportunities are still open at multiple levels for both events.
Proceeds from The Hatcher Classic support the Foundation’s mission to provide a lifetime of free, comprehensive care to families facing pediatric cancer. Services include mental and behavioral health therapy, occupational therapy, neuropsychological testing, grief support, and family programming—all at no cost to families.

“The Hatcher Classic has become a meaningful tradition for our supporters,” said CEO Amy Jo Osborn. “As we celebrate five years and introduce a second tournament, we’re expanding our ability to reach more families who need support during and after a child’s cancer diagnosis.”
The Hatcher Classic Golf Series is proudly sponsored by Material Handling, Inc. as the Presenting Sponsor, along with several other sponsors, including: GuideOn Group, Service Electric Co., Lodge Cast Iron, Modus Build, Tom White, Jay Everett, Ascend Air Solutions, Coca-Cola UNITED, RockPointBank, Pinnacle Bank, LPGA, Engineered Floors, Ringgold Telephone Company, WesBanco, FirstBank, Marsh McClennan, HealthScope Magazine, CityScope Magazine, Chattanooga Times Free Press, Plainview Outdoor, The SHOP Magazine.
