Austin Hatcher Foundation Presented 2025 IMSA Team Marketing Award for “Resilient Racers” Campaign
IMSA honors its two Official Charities — the Austin Hatcher Foundation and Camp Boggy Creek — with the Team Marketing Award at the WeatherTech Night of Champions
BRASELTON, GA. (October 15, 2025) - The Austin Hatcher Foundation for Pediatric Cancer was honored as a recipient of the 2025 IMSA Team Marketing Award, recognizing all IMSA teams as collective participants in the 2025 Resilient Racers program. The initiative debuted at the TireRack.com Battle on the Bricks at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, alongside fellow IMSA Official Charity, Camp Boggy Creek.

The award was presented during the WeatherTech Night of Champions at Chateau Elan Winery & Resort, following the conclusion of the 2025 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship at Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta.
The Resilient Racers campaign, launched at the TireRack.com Battle on the Bricks at Indianapolis Motor Speedway, united IMSA teams and drivers to honor more than 50 children facing cancer and other serious illnesses during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. Each child’s name appeared on race cars throughout the weekend, symbolizing the strength and resilience shared by both the racers and these young heroes.

“As part of our longtime partnership with IMSA, we are deeply grateful to the teams and drivers for their show of support through Resilient Racers,” said Amy Jo Osborn, CEO of the Austin Hatcher Foundation. “This program not only honored the names of dozens of childhood cancer fighters on a national stage but also invited these families to be part of the racing community and experience the thrill of a lifetime at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.”
The Resilient Racers initiative marked a milestone collaboration between IMSA and its Official Charities, demonstrating the power of motorsports to inspire, connect, and uplift children and families facing some of life’s toughest battles.
