Austin Hatcher Foundation Returns to Laguna Seca for Live Auctions at IMSA Championship

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (May 5, 2025) - The Austin Hatcher Foundation for Pediatric Cancer, an official “Proud Charity of IMSA,” is set to return to WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca for an impactful weekend of fundraising and community engagement during the TireRack.com Monterey Sportscar Championship—one of the premier events on this season’s International Motor Sports Association (IMSA) calendar.

This weekend, the Foundation will host a series of live painting auctions in collaboration with renowned motion sports artist Bill Patterson. Patterson will create original artworks live at fan-favorite locations around the track, including the popular Ford and Corvette Corrals, with each piece auctioned to benefit the Foundation’s mission.

“We are thrilled to be heading back to WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca this year,” said Amy Jo Osborn, Foundation President and CEO. “We are always grateful to connect with our IMSA community, many of whom have been longtime supporters of our mission to support pediatric cancer families.”

The Austin Hatcher Foundation is unique among other organizations. Through its innovative Automotive Therapy and other hands-on, therapeutic programs, the Foundation helps children and families navigate the effects of pediatric cancer. These services—which also include mental health counseling, educational support, and vocational skill-building—are offered completely free of charge to families.
