Austin Hatcher Foundation Named “Official Charity”of Foothills Title Services
- Families facing pediatric cancer to benefit from TN/GA title company
- Foothills Title Services to donate 3% of the total title insurance premium per closing every month to AHF
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (Feb 9, 2023) – The Austin Hatcher Foundation for Pediatric Cancer, the nation’s only 100%-free whatever-it-takes-to-empower-families-to-thrive pediatric cancer foundation, has been chosen as the “Official Charity” of Foothills Title Services. For every closing that Foothills Title Services has for the remainder of 2023, a donation will be made to the Foundation to provide families facing pediatric cancer with free mental and behavioral health services.
Foothills Title Services is a leading title company with six offices across east Tennessee. The company has been providing legal expertise to clients in Tennessee and Georgia since 1997. Their knowledgeable staff includes three attorneys and four closing agents, with the goal to provide clients with the best experience possible at closings.

Foothills Title Services will donate 3% of the total title insurance per closing each month to the Austin Hatcher Foundation from February 1, 2023 through January 31, 2024. The Foundation recognizes Foothills Title Services now as one of four of their 2023 Annual Corporate Partners, joining the International Motor Sports Association (IMSA), Specialty Equipment Marketing Association (SEMA Cares) and Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta. The Foundation’s Annual Corporate Partners serve the Foundation’s mission above and beyond general event sponsorships by committing to fundraising for the entire year, raised through givebacks done through the organization. In Foothills Title’s case, the money will be raised through the giving back of a portion of all of their remaining 2023 closings.

The Austin Hatcher Foundation’s long-standing mission is to erase the effects of pediatric cancer. Since inception in 2006, the Chattanooga-based nonprofit has provided comprehensive coordinated care to entire families faced with a pediatric cancer diagnosis for free. Families of the foundation are provided with evidence-based services such as Mental and Behavioral Health Therapy, Grief Counseling, Occupational Therapy, Neuro-Psych Testing, Family Programs and more. All services are provided at completely no cost, as the Foundation is 100% funded by donations, sponsors, fundraisers and through partnerships like this one. Foothills Title Services’ partnership will help raise awareness about the Austin Hatcher Foundation and assist the foundation in continuing to expand the services offered.
