- Participating businesses will receive community recognition and promotional benefits
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (July 16, 2025) – The Austin Hatcher Foundation for Pediatric Cancer is proud to announce its “Chattanooga Goes Gold” Campaign, launching this September in honor of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. In partnership with local businesses, the campaign will raise vital support and awareness for children and families affected by pediatric cancer.
Throughout September, participating restaurants and businesses will donate a portion of their proceeds to the Foundation, directly supporting its mission to provide a lifetime of free, comprehensive care to pediatric cancer patients and their families. This includes mental, behavioral, and educational services designed to promote healing for the entire family.
“With the support of our partners, we are making a significant impact by providing therapies to help families heal beyond cancer,” said Melanie Hammontree, Director of Development at the Foundation. “Through our new Chattanooga Goes Gold initiative, we invite community partners to join us in advancing this mission and make a meaningful difference for the families we serve.”
The Austin Hatcher Foundation invites businesses across Greater Chattanooga to “Go Gold” this September in support of families facing pediatric cancer. Becoming a September Star partner is a meaningful way to give back while also receiving valuable promotional benefits for your business.
