Austin Hatcher Foundation Welcomes Taylor Vinson as New Chief Operating Officer
- Foundation expands leadership team with new COO position
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn (October 1, 2025) - The Austin Hatcher Foundation for Pediatric Cancer is proud to announce the addition of Taylor Vinson as its new Chief Operating Officer, effective September 2025.
At the Foundation, Vinson will oversee daily operations, implement strategic plans, processes, and policies, as well as organizational growth–driving efforts to support families impacted by pediatric cancer with even greater impact.
With a distinguished career in business leadership and community impact, Vinson brings a wealth of experience to the Austin Hatcher Foundation team. A proud graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Business Administration, she has held the position of Vice President at Lee-Smith, Inc. and Idealease of Chattanooga since 2018 and 2019, respectively. In these roles, Vinson guided both companies to earn industry recognition and individually earned a coveted spot in the Idealease General Managers President’s Club.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Vinson is an active philanthropist and community leader. She is a graduate of Leadership Chattanooga and Greater Chattanooga’s WE Project.
