CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (Aug. 1, 2023) – The Austin Hatcher Foundation for Pediatric Cancer (AHF) is thrilled to return as an official "Proud Charity" of the International Motor Sports Association (IMSA) at the renowned IMSA Sportscar Weekend Road America racing circuit in Plymouth, Wisconsin this weekend. As part of the IMSA SportsCar Weekend on August 3-6, AHF has organized several thrilling auctions to raise funds to support families facing pediatric cancer.

The IMSA Sportscar Weekend event at Road America will witness an array of engaging auctions, including a silent auction Friday and Saturday, August 4-5, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 p.m located in the IMSA Merchandise Tent. This silent auction offers a treasure trove of racing items, from unique artwork and memorabilia to autographed racing gear and used sports car parts. With over 50 items up for bid and more being added regularly, race fans and supporters will have a fantastic opportunity to make a difference in the lives of pediatric cancer families by bidding on items in the auction. AHF has secured two exclusive hot pit tours for Sunday, August 6, at 10:40 a.m. - This is your chance to watch the start of the 2023 IMSA SportsCar Weekend for the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship from the driver and team pit!  These coveted tours will be available for auction in Foundation’s silent auction tent and via the online auction link.

Further funds will be raised for AHF families with long-standing partner and acclaimed motorsports artist Roger Warrick, who will take the stage at the Corvette Corral for a captivating live painting session on Saturday, August 5, at 11:00 a.m. Warrick's remarkable artwork will be auctioned Sunday at 1:00 PM in the Corvette Corral, adding an extra layer of excitement to the race weekend.

This remarkable weekend of auctions provides a great opportunity for fans to support the Austin Hatcher Foundation's mission of erasing the effects of pediatric cancer. The Austin Hatcher Foundation is the nation's only psychosocial center that offers no-cost, evidence-based mental health services and supportive care to not only children affected by childhood cancer, but their entire family.
