CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (August 27, 2025) – The Austin Hatcher Foundation for Pediatric Cancer is proud to announce the launch of its “Gold Together Chattanooga” campaign on September 1, in recognition of Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. This community-wide initiative, in partnership with local businesses, raises awareness and critical support for children and families impacted by pediatric cancer.

Throughout September, Chattanooga businesses will donate a portion of their proceeds to benefit the Foundation’s mission directly. Participating partners include The Sandbox Children’s Boutique, Hotel Clemons, Chattanooga Brewing Company, The Pottery Place, P.F. Chang’s, Drake’s, Chattanooga Cheese and Beer Festival, Pizza Bros Northshore, Dave & Buster’s, and others.

“With the support of our partners, we are making a meaningful impact by providing therapies that help families heal beyond cancer,” said Melanie Hammontree, Director of Development at the Foundation. “Through Gold Together Chattanooga, community partners have the opportunity to advance our mission and bring hope to families during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.”

Local residents are encouraged to visit participating businesses and join the movement. Proceeds from Gold Together Chattanooga will fund the Austin Hatcher Foundation’s free, comprehensive care programs for pediatric cancer patients and their families.
